Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.capitalatmsusa.com website (the “Service”) operated by Capital ATMs USA LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, a copy of your driver’s license, business license, and a voided check or bank letter for the account in which you would like your ATM to be set up. We cannot fulfill the order of the ATM until we receive a completed copy of our Buy/Lease Information sheet which can be found here: https://www.capitalatmsusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Fillable-Lease-Buy-Information-sheet.pdf and sent to the following email: sws@cvdusa.com. Order Fulfillment
Our Service allows you to purchase your ATM online. This purchase will not be fulfilled until the appropriate documentation as listed in the previous section (Purchases) are received by a member of the Capital ATMs USA LLC staff. Once required documentation is received a team member will contact you with further information. Upon complete ordering of the ATM, shipping generally takes about 7-10 business days to reach your requested delivery address. Please note that order fulfillment is done by a factory in which the ATM machine is pre-programmed before shipment can be sent.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). This includes but is not limited to the wireless communication devices for the ATMs. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly schedule. Initial purchase of this service automatically enrolls you in our monthly service fee of $25.00. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription please contact a Capital ATMs USA representative at (256)766-0010 in order to obtain instructions on returning your device and cancelling any further payments.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the copyright of this content. Capital ATMs USA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any user web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Capital ATMs USA shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Capital ATMs USA.
Capital ATMs USA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
